It is known that director Atlee is all set to directed Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan and the news has been doing the rounds for a couple of years now.
While there have been speculations that the film has been dropped, the latest is that the project has been confirmed and the buzz is that Shah Rukh Khan is likely to play dual roles in his upcoming project with Tamil director Atlee.
Reports are the Shah Rukh Khan, who is currently shooting for Pathan in the direction of Siddharth Anand, is said to have given his nod for Atlee’s film. It is said that the shoot of the action entertained is all set to begin in August 2021, with Atlee busy with the pre-production work.
Ever since Shah Rukh Khan made a quick visit to Atlee's office in Chennai in 2019, the buzz around the project has been huge and the fans are eagerly awaiting to see if Atlee can do the magix he did with Thalapathy Vijay in 'Theri', 'Mersal' and 'Bigil'.
While an official announcement of the Atlee-SRK project is yet to come, Atlee is also rumoured to be doing Vijay’s 66th movie and speculation is rife that the Bigil combo will join together for the fourth time.
